A note from the founder

I kept meeting owners with the same problem. The business only ran because they were standing in the middle of it. Everything important lived in their head or in one veteran tech's head — and everybody knew it was a risk, but nobody had time to fix it.

The options were bad. Software sold them an empty account and a login. Consultants quoted $15,000 and three months. So the SOPs never got written, the good people left with the knowledge, and the owner stayed stuck being the manual.

I don't think documenting your business should cost a fortune or take a season. So we built a way to do it fast, from your actual process, at a price you can see up front.

How is this different from the software I already bought?
Software gives you an empty account and expects you to fill it in — that's the part nobody ever gets to. We're the ones who fill it in, then hand it back populated in your own Trainual or Google Drive. You keep the software; we do the writing.
How long does it take?
Core SOP work lands in 3–7 business days. Bigger deliverables — full training manuals, franchise operations manuals — take a few weeks. Never months, and never a same-day dump that reads like a template.
How much of my time does this take?
About 90 minutes of interviews per process area — a typical SOP Sprint is two to three sittings, three to four hours of your time total. You talk; we write. We come to you with questions — you never sit down to a blank page.
What if my crew won't follow it?
That's the whole point of how we build: phone-first checklists at a 6th–8th-grade reading level, in English and Spanish, so the crew actually uses them. And we stand behind it — if your crew can't run a process from one of our SOPs, we'll rewrite that SOP free (one rewrite per SOP, within 30 days of delivery). Every deliverable includes two revision rounds.
Do you know my trade?
